Authorities release the name of the mother and her three-year-old daughter who died in the fire in Bramwell.

Story by Nate Quick

Heather Meadows, 26, and her daughter, Sierra, 3, were trapped in the home when a fire broke out June 22.

Authorities say Meadows' husband managed to escape the fire to find help. But by the time help arrived, Meadows and her daughter had already died.

The state medical examiner's office has not yet concluded their investigation. The official cause of death will not be known until that time.

There was severe damage to the home.

The state fire marshal's office is officially looking into the cause of the fire.
