EVANS -- Christmas is a time of year when a lot of people shop for gifts on line.

But have you ever thought of ordering a fresh cut Christmas tree over the Web?

A Washington D.C. couple started selling tree in a high tech way several years ago on the Web site www.freshchristmastree.com

They used to get the trees to supply their business from other farmers.

But they recently bought a farm in Mason County West Virginia to grow their own.

"I talked to a woman whose daughter sat all day just waiting for her tree to get there," said Jenna Mack, one of the owners. "Its nice to hear those stories."

The couple lives in Washington D.C. for most of the year. Through their Web site they ship trees as far away as Hawaii.
