STEUBENVILLE, OHIO -- Eartist F. Flener, 58, of state Route 213, Steubenville, was charged Thursday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department with gross sexual imposition after allegedly fondling an 8-year-old girl multiple times last year. Sheriff Fred Abdalla says that Flener knew the girl that he is accused of inappropriately touching over a dozen times between July and November. Flener was brought to the sheriff’s department Wednesday. Deputies went to the county prosecutor’s office on Thursday to get a charge filed against Flener.
