Marshall County authorities are investigating what they call one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they've seen. Thursday the Dog Warden took 27 animals into custody in Glen Easton. The move follows officials' second trip in a week to the property where conditions are described as unimaginable. We're told it's not the first time Albert Chambers of Moundsville has lost custody of his animals. Chambers faces several counts of animal cruelty.
