Crews Battling Brush Fire in Cabell County

Four volunteer fire departments on the scene

HUNTINGTON -- Four volunteer fire departments are on the scene of a brush fire in Cabell County.

The fire is near the intersection of Beech Fork Road and Grassy Lick Road.

Firefighters from Green Valley VFD, Milton VFD, Salt Rock VFD and Lincoln County are on the scene.

Also, firefighters in Putnam County contained a brush fire behind Hurricane Middle school. The fire started burning there Tuesday evening.
