The Choosy Celebration was held at Grafton High School.

GRAFTON -- Pre-school kids in Taylor County got a lesson on being "choosy" on Saturday.

The Choosy Celebration was held in the gym at Grafton High School. 126 pre-schoolers and their families were invited to come out and learn how to live a healthier life. The Choosy character was developed by West Virginia University...and officials say that Choosy makes it easy for kids to learn healthy habits at an early age.

"We need to change lifestlyes and begin lifestyles in the proper manner, incorporate good nutrition, along with more exercise," said organizer Cinty Steenstra.

Choosy has been visiting pre-schoolers in the county since 2001.
