I agree with Mike, I've known too many people who have become seriously injured on ATV's. Most of them were not following the recommendations of one rider. With a 38 year old and a child on this vehicle, it was an accident waiting to happen. Severe injuries and/or death do and can occur!

A child has been killed and WV State Police do not expect to file criminal charges? This child is dead because an adult ignored the warnings on his ATV that clearly read:

"WARNING -- Never ride passengers on this vehicle. Loss of control resulting in SEVERE INJURIES and / or DEATH can and do occur!"

If the State of West Virginia does not file charges, they are saying "It's alright to endanger the welfare of children in our state."

Adults will continue the dangerous practice of using ATVs to entertain children until someone (the courts) tells them to stop. What part of this statement does anyone reading this comment not understand?

"WARNING -- Never ride passengers on this vehicle. Loss of control resulting in SEVERE INJURIES and / or DEATH can and do occur!"
