Accident happened on Sullivan Road in Glen Morgan.

GLEN MORGAN -- 53-year-old Dianne Wyatt died Thursday night after a car swerved into her yard and hit her.

Raleigh County deputies say 25-year-old Joshua Burnette was driving the car. After he hit Wyatt, he slammed into a 1992 Chevy Blazer.

The driver of the Blazer, 22-year-old Samantha Derringer of Beaver, was taken to B-ARH for treatment.

The accident happened on Sullivan Road near Covington Drive close to 10 Thursday night.

No charges have been filed yet, but the accident is still under investigation.
