MORGANTOWN -- Soccer players were on the Mountainlair Plaza at West Virginia University, Sunday, for day two of the International Student Organization's Mini World Cup.
Thirty-two student teams are facing off in the second annual soccer tournament.
Sunday was the second day of the first round of single elimination games.
Fifty countries are represented in the tournament.
One of the games played Sunday afternoon included Nigeria versus Berkeley County.
Organizers said the Mini World Cup has grown tremendously from last year and it hopes to get faculty and the community involved.
"We want more people involved especially the local people, the community, we want more people staying here to watch and show their support," said WVU ISO President Eileen Huang.
The Mini World Cup soccer tournament kicks off WVU's Diversity Week events held Oct. 18-22.
