Three people will face murder, burglary and conspiracy charges.

CLARKSBURG -- Late Tuesday afternoon, Clarksburg police filed felony murder warrants for three people, in the August murder of Clarence "Smokey" Leeson, 88.

Named in the warrants are Megan Titus and Christopher and Nicholas Robey.

Titus, 21 and Christopher Robey, 26, are in jail in San Diego, where they were arrested Friday night.

A team of 30 San Diego police officers are looking for Christopher's brother, Nicholas Robey, 19, according to the Harrison County Prosecutors Office.

His information has been entered into the National Crime Information Center database.

All three will be charged with first degree murder, night time burglary and conspiracy, all felonies.

Two Clarksburg police officers are in California and will serve the warrants on the two in custody.

The couple has an extradition hearing set for Thursday, Nov. 12, in San Diego.

The fourth male, which has not been named, also planned to break into Leeson's home, according to the criminal complaint.

When the suspects entered Leeson's house at 408 Johnson Ave., they encountered Leeson and hit him in the head with an object, causing his death, the complaint said.

The group stole several guns and other items from the house before Titus drove them away, court documents said.

Prosecutors had previously said that drugs may have been the motivation for the robbery.

The fourth suspect, a male, is believed to be in the Harrison County area, officials said Monday, but they did not offer further information on the suspect Tuesday.
