Nicole Hughes is charged with giving Reginald Marbury a gun used in the shooting.
HUNTINGTON -- There is new information and more charges are filed in a recent shooting at Club Babylon in Huntington.
Huntington police charged Nicole Hughes, 22, with accessory before the fact of attempted murder, a felony charge.
She is in the Western Regional jail.
The incident happened on Nov. 8 around 3 a.m. Huntington police were called to the club for a reported shooting. Three people were wounded and one died.
Reginald Marbury, Sontezz Lomax and Christopher Lewis were wounded.
Marbury was released from the hospital and charged with attempted murder. He's in the Western Regional jail.
Investigators believe Hughes gave Marbury a gun used in the shooting.
During the incident, Joe Porter, 30, from Huntington, was shot by a Huntington police officer. Investigators said Porter pointed a gun at a responding officer. He died a few hours later.
The officer's name involved in the shooting will be released at a later date.
