Under arrest Wednesday evening was Aaron Goddard, 23.

New Martinsville Police Chief Tim Cecil said they were led to Goddard by using surveillance video of a man who was shopping and wearing the same camouflage pants and other clothing in two New Martinsville gas stations.

Monroe County and New Martinsville worked through the night but were assisted by Wetzel County and Paden city.

After serving three search warrants, the man whose name is not being released yet, was found in the shower in a home on Highland Ave. in New Martinsville just three houses down from the person he allegedly robbed, Cecil said.

Also under investigation is Zachary Gerrico, Cecil said.
