A 79-year-old woman walked away from her caregiver Wednesday.

LOUISA, Ky. -- Crews in Lawrence County Kentucky are searching for a missing woman. Lawrence County dispatchers told us the woman is a 79-year-old Alzheimer's patient.

She walked away from her caregiver on McClure Road in Louisa, Nov. 25. Her caregiver reported her missing around 10 p.m.

Dispatchers said the woman was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white blouse with short sleeves. If anyone has more information they are advised to call 911.

How much experience does the caregiver have with Alzheimer's patients? Where was she when this lady walked away? This is so sad because all they have to help them are the caregivers!
