MARTINS FERRY, Ohio -- A juvenile was supposed to be mopping floors and washing windows but that ended with the City of Martins Ferry cleaning up after him.
The 14 year-old juvenile did significant damage to city vehicles and property, according to Martins Ferry Service Director John Davies.
The juvenile was sent from the Belmont County Juvenile Center to do community service.
He wandered over to the city garage, decided to drive one of the city vehicles backed into one truck, pulled forward, and hit the garage door, Davies added.
The juvenile reportedly bashed in the pump on the city snow-plow which will cost more than $1,000 to fix.
It's still unknown how much it will cost to fix the bottom three panels of the garage door.
