HUNTINGTON --  Fitness isn't always the first thing we think about during the holiday season especially with all those parties, meals and deserts around grandma's table.

That's why the work at one restaurant chain in West Virginia is so important. The Shape Shop is open in Charleston and Huntington. Employees here have one goal in mind. That is to offer healthy foods at a very reasonable price to people who want to get back in shape after the holidays.

Millie Snyder owns the company. She said there are plans to expand in the Mountain State.

The Huntington restaurant is located at 727 Ninth Ave. In Charleston, The Shape Shop is located in the Patrick Street Plaza.
