Activities and achievements: Vincenzo is a varsity letterman and team captain this year in three sports: cross country, basketball and track. The student athlete also is president of the chemistry club, vice president of Spanish club, treasurer of the math club, secretary of his school's chapter of Future Business Leaders of America and a member of student council. He works as a peer counselor and volunteers with the AmeriCorps Energy Express program, the Key Club and several programs at his church. He's a member of the National Honor Society, a National Merit Scholarship Commended Student and he attended the American Legion Mountaineer Boys State.  

Plans: After obtaining a bachelor's degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering, Vincenzo wants to attend graduate school to pursue a doctorate degree in chemical engineering.
