Three managers recently received promotions at Clear Mountain Bank.
Kiley Jenkins was promoted to vice president of operations.
Clint McCabe was promoted to vice president of marketing.
Nancy Spiker was promoted to vice president of human resources.
Jenkins has more than 15 years experience at Clear Mountain Bank. He has worked in various capacities within the bank, including as a teller and as information technology manager and network administrator. He attended West Virginia University, where he obtained a degree in business administration, specializing in management information systems. He also serves as president of the Bruceton Mills Lions Club.
McCabe began his career with Clear Mountain Bank in 2005 and has more than 10 years experience in advertising, sales and marketing. A native of Blacksville, he graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in advertising. He also is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management and is designated as a Certified Financial Marketing Professional by the Institute of Certified Bankers. McCabe serves on the board of directors for Preston Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a member of the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce Marketing Roundtable Committee.
Spiker began her career with Clear Mountain Bank in 2006 and has more than 25 years experience in the human resources industry. A native of Mason County, she obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marshall University and a master's degree in labor relations from West Virginia University. She also is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking. Spiker serves on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management.
