
The State Journal is searching for the brightest and best business leaders in the Mountain State to be highlighted in its annual edition of Who's Who in West Virginia Business.
Nominations must have between 150 and 300 words per question, excluding the "Other" Section. Please be as detailed as possible. Your nomination is all the judges have to make their decision.
Deadline March 2, 2012 at 5 p.m. EST.

ENTREPRENEURIAL HISTORY:* Minimum of 150 Words
Briefly describe the nominee's entrepreneurial background, including special skills, experience, major accomplishments, etc. Please list business, community or civic organizations of which the nominee is a member.
BUSINESS:* Minimum of 150 Words
Please describe the history of the nominee's company or organization. Please include any innovations or techniques that are unique. It is important to describe the use of innovative approaches to management and marketing. Also provide specific information about the company's or organization's current stage of development.
FUTURE PLANS:* Minimum of 150 Words
Briefly describe the nominee's plans for the future of the company or organization that demonstrate the nominee's innovative planning skills.
OTHER:
Briefly describe any other considerations that demonstrate the nominee's skills experience, etc., including the selection of key management team members (other than the nominee), detailing his/her experience, special skills and major accomplishments.
