Alan Letton, Doug Cottrell and Herman Fisher recently joined Rubberlite Inc.
Letton joined the team as chief technology officer, Cottrell as market development manager, and Fisher as vice president of business processes.
Letton comes to the Rubberlite team with more than 20 years of experience and advancement in the academic and business communities. Most recently, he served as chief science officer & senior vice president of research and engineering for Sealy Inc.
Cottrell joined Rubberlite as the market development manager. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience within the industry. He is known for his expertise in the areas of adhesives, technical composites, engineered urethane foams and their applications within the flexographic printing markets.
Fisher comes to Rubberlite from Sealy Inc., where he served as director of manufacturing since 2008.
Rubberlite is the manufacturer of HyPUR-cel, medium to high-density open-celled polyurethane foam.
