Joseph P. Flinn has joined Williamstown Bank as senior vice president of lending. He has more than three decades in banking, including his most recent job with Peoples Bank, where he worked for more than 25 years.
Flinn, who will work in Williamstown, is responsible for all lending operations, collections and risk management. He also oversees sales and customer service relations for commercial lending, mortgage lending and consumer lending.
