Wheeling Jesuit University recently hired Frank Connelly as its director of facilities.
Connelly had served as director of maintenance and housekeeping at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa., since 1991. He is a resident of Sharon, Pa., and serves on its City Council.
He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Youngstown State University in Ohio and holds a certificate in facilities management from the Association of Physical Plant Administrators' Institute of Facilities Management.
