CLARKSBURG -
Thrasher Engineering Inc. has added two new partners to the firm.
Robert Milne, a resident of Morgantown, was hired as project manager in the Site Department, overseeing oil and gas site work in the Clarksburg office
Milne, who earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from West Virginia University, has more than 20 years' experience as a site development specialist. A licensed professional engineer in four states, Milne also is part of Leadership Monongalia and the National Leadership Institute.
Craig Baker, a Shinnston resident, will serve as manager of the architectural division in Clarksburg.
Baker earned his bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from Fairmont State University in 2001 and has 11 years experience in architecture. He has been with the firm since 2005 and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Thrasher also hired James Decker to its staff as a construction manager.
Decker previously worked at Fairmont State University, where he spent nine years as construction manager and vice president of facilities. He graduated from Fairmont State with a bachelor's in civil engineering technology and earned his MBA from Fairmont in 2008.
