West Virginia is adding a commemorative coin to the celebratory mix for its 150th birthday, the commission overseeing the sesquicentennial activities announced Saturday.
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will be delivering his State of the State address tonight at 7 p.m. at the State Capitol Complex.
The speech is expected to last for 50 minutes and we will be covering it.
